Class Schedule

Our classes run every Tuesday and Thursday night, except holidays (where the building will be closed). Feel free to visit anytime to speak with our instructors who are more than willing to help you with any questions, comments or concerns you may have.

Come by, sit down and watch a class, as there are plenty of chairs to sit and enjoy the fun – if you’re brave enough, bring some sweat pants and a long-sleeved shirt, and you can immediately participate via drop-in (a small fee which will be applied towards your membership will be taken). Please note that there is usually a 1 week break between sessions, so be sure to drop by when we’re in session.
